How do I place an order?

Online
Create your account to shop online here. Once you have been approved and receive your member ID and access code, visit wsitradeandcontract.com/shop and select the brand you are looking to shop with up to 25% off. Login using your membership ID and access code (this is how your discount will be applied).  
Once you have logged in on one of our brand sites, under the furniture menu, you will find a section called “Contract-Grade” select this to view a filtered selection of our commercially-graded products.
When you’re ready to check out, you can log in with an additional login (this is our consumer login), which allows you to utilize saved addresses and credit card information. Otherwise, select “Check Out As Guest.” Your discount will be visible on the last page of the check out process, “Order Summary.”

Do you offer fabric, wood, glass, metal, and rug swatches?

We offer complimentary fabric swatches from our Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, west elm and Williams Sonoma brands. You can also request wood and rug swatches from Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma Home for a fee of $25; a refund will be issued if swatches are returned within 30 days.

Do you offer finish chips and glass choices for rejuvenation products?

Yes, we offer a trade kit, complete with finish chips, art glass options and cord options. To receive a Rejuvenation trade kit, please call (888) 401-1900 or email Tradesales@Rejuvenation.com.

How do I request a quote?

To discuss an upcoming project or request a quote, please contact your Account Executive or e-mail contractsales@wsgc.com.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum quantity to shop our contract product assortment online. For custom products or COM, some minimums may apply. To discuss specific project needs or large bulk orders, please contact your Account Executive or email ContractSales@wsgc.com.

What is the lead time?

Lead time for an order can vary based on the brand, product type, and quantity. If you are working on a tight deadline we have many products suitable for Contract use in-stock and ready-to-ship. For made-to-order and custom developed product, our team can provide more information around expected lead time on a quote. Please contact your Account Executive or wecontract@wsgc.com to discuss your specific order needs or to request a quote.

What are my shipping options?

Shipping options for orders placed online follow the standards found on the brands website. For questions on a specific order placed, contact your Account Executive or email contractsales@wsgc.com for assistance. Additional shipping considerations can be discussed for large-scale projects. For shipping internationally (including Canada and Mexico), please work directly with a freight forwarder.

What is contract quality?

Contract quality is the term generally used to describe the type of furniture and textiles needed for use in public spaces including hospitality venues and commercial spaces. Contract furniture and textiles are designed to withstand greater impacts and wear. Each of our products offered for Contract feature upgraded testing demands from our traditional residential standards.
Williams-Sonoma Inc. Contract testing standards include all of our regulatory residential standards with an increased level of use, abuse, and reliability testing pulled from select test from the ANSI/BIFMA testing protocols.

What is the difference between Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Contract Testing and BIFMA?

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Contract testing standards include all of our regulatory residential standards with an increased level of use, abuse, and reliability testing pulled from select tests from the ANSI/BIFMA testing protocols.
BIFMA testing (Business & Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association) develops all industry and voluntary standards for the institutional furniture industry in conjunction with ANSI and is conducted in outside testing facilities.

What is your Contract fabric offering?

We have a range of fabric options to support your projects, including COM. Contact your dedicated Account Executive for details.

What is your fire rating?

Our upholstery items are rated TB117. If your project is in an area where other requirements need to be met (such as TB133 in Boston), please contact your Account Executive or ContractSales@wsgc.com to discuss your specific project needs.

Resale Certificates For Tax Exempt Purchases (US Only)

To facilitate tax exempt purchases in the states in which you maintain a tax exempt status, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. must have on file the appropriate completed state Resale Certificate forms when you place an order online or through a dedicated Trade Representative. Although you may have already sent us a copy of your (re)seller’s license or permit, state authorities also require us to keep a complete copy of your signed Resale Certificate and/or Permit on file. To ensure that no sales tax is charged on future purchases intended for resale, please complete the following steps:

NOTE: Because Rejuvenation has a separate tax identification number, you will also need to submit a separate signed Resale Certificate for each state you are seeking tax exemption for Rejuvenation purchases as well. Rejuvenation is unable to offer tax exemption in Alabama (AL), Arizona (AZ) and Louisiana (LA).

Shipping time differs by product and delivery method. For the most accurate shipping information, call a dedicated Trade Representative at (888) 837-4888 for Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, west elm, and Williams Sonoma purchases; or (888) 401-1900 for Rejuvenation orders. You can also refer to each brand’s catalog or inquire with a Design Associate at one of our retail locations.

With Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select oversized items can be delivered for a single flat rate. All of our Flat Rate items include our premium White Glove Service—at no extra charge—for oversized furniture and select fragile items. How do I track my order?

Your order becomes available for tracking online 24 hours after it is placed. To learn the status of your order, please visit the brand’s website under Track My Order. You can also call a dedicated Trade Representative at (888) 837-4888 for Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, west elm, and Williams Sonoma purchases; or (888) 401-1900 for Rejuvenation orders.

Can you process special shipping requests?
